A complete day away from the office with multiple activities, a proper lunch break and enough time for your team to actually decompress and connect. We manage the full day so your people can focus on each other rather than the programme.
Just want surfing? We run two surf sessions, so your team builds on what they learned in the first round.

From first call to day on the beach
1. Connect
Call, email or book a quick video call. Tell us about your team, size, goals, what you’re hoping to achieve and any dates you have in mind. We’ll come back with a tailored recommendation within 24 hours.
2. Plan
We design a program around your team, confirm the location and send you everything you need, including all risk documentation, logistics and what to communicate to your team beforehand.
3. Deliver
Arrive at the beach. We take care of the rest, safety briefings, equipment, activities and coaching. Your job is to enjoy the day with your team.
